Scarlett Johansson is an American actor and singer born in NYC, in the United States on the 22nd of November in 1984. Her performance has won her acclaim across a wide variety of genres, including historical drama or thrillers, as well as action films. Johansson grew up within New York City as the daughter an architect and an executive from a production firm. Hunter was twins with her younger sister. When she reached seven, her interest in acting had grown. She began to audition for commercials. She joined the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute shortly following and then attended the Professional Children's School, Manhattan to further her education. In the age of eight, she starred together with Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry when she was nine. At that age, she made her film debut in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson made her debut in Just Cause, but she first made an appearance in Manny & Lo, a film about orphaned siblings who flee. For The Horse Whisperer, Johansson as a teen victim of a horrific accident. In Ghost World, her role Ghost World brought her more notoriety as the infamous teenager Rebecca. She is best known for being the character Nell Jones (on CBS' popular show NCIS Los Angeles). The award-winning actress was the part of the main cast. Apart from appearing in the show she's also a skilled stage actress. She has given many of the most stunning performance, such as in Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith was a teenager when she first began her entertainment career. As a child she was captivated by acting. Smith was offered the first of many acting jobs at the tender age of 6. She created a commercial with Dannon. Similar to other novice actors in the same position the actress honed her talents on the stage. In addition to other projects around the USA she also had her stage debut with Wildflower. She studied at an institution called the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory, part of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
