Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who performed a variety of characters in films, TV and the theater. She received numerous accolades including a Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11, 2022), an American actress. She first gained recognition for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love of the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991) She was awarded two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s she gained more attention with her role in the film Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953, is an American actress. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba on the TV show Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is the granddaughter and daughter of actor Gene Lockhart, as well as actor June Lockhart. Lockhart began her career at the age of four. When she was four, her first role as an actor was in T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were given to the film's short documentary. The mother and daughter spent much of their time on set, learning about the industry. Lockhart was featured in a variety of scenes of Lassie. Her first movie was Dora in Jory in 1972. She played Joan Crawford's daughter in The Sixth Sense, a show on television in 1972. Joan appeared for the final time in the show. Anne was reported to have turned down Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween-themed thriller) and Jaime Lee Curtis took the character. Carpenter has claimed that they were interested in her but she declined. Anne claims that she doesn't recall ever being contacted or given the part by John Carpenter. Agents might have turned down the opportunity for her, but with no knowledge. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He wrote a rough script. The character was not strong enough for her to accept the role. Glen invented a new character to play for her featuring Sheba being a more formidable character. She accepted the Living Legend script after reading the first 25 pages. The program ran for one episode. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. She also co-starred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
